Easy Booking & Boarding

Our booking and boarding process is as simple as it gets! No office visits, no waiting in line, and no wasting your precious lake time filling out the paper forms.

How It Works:

1. Book: Reserve online at OkanaganExperience.ca, or text us at (778) 583-8046 with your name, desired rental time, duration, and number of people. (You can also call us, but texting is usually fastest since we’re often out helping guests!)
2. Sign: We send your paperwork electronically ahead of time so you can sign it on your phone before arriving.
3. Board: We’ll meet you right on the dock with your boat or jet ski, ready to go!

Where to Find Us:

• Address: Head to 1354 Water Street, Kelowna (right by King Taps restaurant).
• Directions: Stand near King Taps and look straight out at the water—the boat launch with 3 docks will be just a few steps to your left. (Check out the pictures below if you get turned around!)
• Finding Your Rental: Look for your boat on the dock, or call/text us to ask which dock to head to (Left, Middle, or Right).

Important Things to Remember:

• 30-Minute Notice: Please text or call us at least 30 minutes before you arrive so we know you’re on your way!
• Be Ready to Launch: We have an official City of Kelowna permit for the Water Street Boat Launch, but dock time is strictly limited to 15 minutes. Please have all your electronic paperwork completed before arriving so we can get you out on the water quickly!
